Yes. The credits will be combined into one account. Login to your account, 'My Account' page and search under ‘Credit Balance’ to view the credits received from each scheme.

Login

Your Login ID should have been sent by SMS to the mobile phone number that is registered with the NS Portal eSelf Update.

By default, your password is the last 4 characters of your NRIC (last 3 digits + alphabet). During the first login, you will be prompted to create a unique password.

Credits

Login to your account, 'My Account' page and search under 'Credit Statement' to view the credits received from each scheme.

Credits have no cash value. However, they may be used to redeem items featured on this website after you have successfully logged in.

Credits are awarded based on eligibility by MINDEF/SAF.

Your credits are valid for 13 months from the date of issue.

The credits in your account cannot be restored if they have expired.

Making a Redemption

If the value of the items you have added to your cart is more than your available credit balance, you can pay for the difference using a credit card. Each credit will cost SGD1.00.

All credits have to be consumed before you can complete your redemption. Any unutilized credits will be forfeited.

No change is allowed once your redemption is completed.

Deliveries

You should receive your parcel in approximately 14 working days after you have completed your redemption.

Your items are delivered by Singpost's SmartPac service. Please check your mailbox if you have not received your item.

Vouchers

Vouchers are cash equivalents and cannot be replaced.

Expired vouchers cannot be used, refunded or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace vouchers. If the voucher can be redeemed at another merchant, kindly make your redemption at an alternative merchant.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged once your redemption has been completed.
